I didn't see a thread about this game, so figured I would start one. First off, I do not understand this line at all. I figured Colorado would be favored by 7-10 points. A&M has shown absolutely nothing so far this year. Against Div. 1-AA Texas St. they gave up 31 points and a boatload of yards. If it werent for some early Texas State turnovers A&M could have lost that game at home. Then last week Baylor came into College Station in a huge revenge game for A&M from last years' lost to Baylor. All week Baylor is talking smack about how last year wasn't a fluke and they will do it again. So you think A&M would be fired up and lay the wood to these guys as 23 point favorites, right? Wrong, A&M sleepwalks through an OT victory.

Colorado killed Okie St. last weekend in stillwater and now is only a 3 point favorite at home against an A&M team that is 2-10 on the road under Coach Fran. I can not figure out this line for the life of me. This line looks like it is begging for Colorado money. Anybody have some insight on this game?

the over looks to be a good bet. Reggie and company will put up a good showing but this line is either a no play or the over bet. A&M is a Jekyl and Hyde team the talent is there albeit young, but they will surprise you if you let them. This week I will be on the over and wouldn't be surprised if they won outright. Once again the line shows Colorado but Vegas didn't build itself if you get the point

I think the books think the public will rationalized the game like you did. No disrespect to you at all but it is dangerous to base a game like this on last weeks games. Colorado looked real bad against miami and a&m looked pretty good @ clemson which is a tough place to open a season. Plus colorado was lucky to beat colorado state. Just the flip side of the coin. Maybe Texas a&m plays up or down to their competition. I also think CU pounding Ok St last week will have the public high on the buffs and obviously low on the aggies squeking out one at home to a forever inferior baylor bear squadron. Looks like a trap.
I am staying off this game because everyone loves the buffs so much. I love them too as they are literally my home town (not my alma mater) team but I will just be watching as a supporter. GL txag. If both teams bring their best this one will be a doozy!  :)

Colorado looked bad playing Miami in the Orange bowl? Most teams do, i don't see why that is a factor and they were actually about to cover that game until miami ran back in INT with a minute to play. The Colorado St. game is a big rivalry and is always a dogfight and Colorado still came out with a win. yeah A&M looked OK at Clemson, but Colorado is just as good as Clemson if not better and Colorado is arguably a tougher place to play with the altitude and everything. I follow this a&m team very closely and I just don't see how they come out of Boulder with a win, but I sure hope they do.

fair and honest write up Ag

the only thing I can figure is folks believe A&M has been holding back and looking ahead since Clemson.

A few years ago you helped me with a great under play with Va Tech v A&M. This game looks like there could be some points scored.

Good Luck this weekend, and from a Red Raider to an Aggie I hope things get on track in college station.

I think the ags are in big trouble against CU. I don't have the figures handy, but a$m is horrid on the road under Franocchio's tenure. IMO CU is the play here and I also like the over.

Well I am beginnign to think the Aggies are going to win this game. I have no idea how, but there is just something really fishy about this line and this game. Absolutely nobody is giving A&M a chance in this game. All over the aggie message boards even the A&M fans who are the biggest homers around think we are going to lose this game. I can't find anybody who thinks A&M can win this game. Again, this Aggie team has showed me nothing in the last 4 games and I have no stats or anything to explain how they are going to win this game, but I think they will pull it out.

I don't like this one at all and like a few of the posters said it lookd like a trap...talent wise I'll give the edge to A&M and I think Qb Reggie McNeal athleticism could be the difference in this one but A&m has been terible on the road.
