Air force is 8-0 ranked in the top 25 and has an elite qb in Larrier. Army just lost a bad,bad UMass team 21-14 UMass called all classes off on Monday after beating Army. Army went away from its triple option with a new offense where they throw it more . Army has 2 outstanding wr's but if they can't get the ball to them why change your style . But really its Armys defesne that is the problem. Vs UMass who plays no D Army had 2 td's 2 interceptions, a fumble amd missed FG. QB Dailey played but is hurt so freshman Harris might start. Army has lost 5 in a row where AF has won 8 in a row. Fly boys already beat Navy 17-6 and all it takes is for one of the service academies to win 2 games vs Each other to win the Commanders Trophy. This game is in Denver home of the Broncos . The past couple of years AF won 13-7,then Army won 21-10 in OT 15-0,lost 13-17,and won 17-14... the under the past few years has been 35,15,30 and 31 total points all under.the trends say under. Army defense is very familiar with the tripe option .. The ground game that both teams run uses the clock .. This game is a rivalry and both teams really get up for it , They do not like each other and Army always feels AF has lower standards that Army and Navy have as academies.
