Common sense about running roadblocks. I could think of several reasons to run roadblock--one taking for granted someone called ahead and alerted them they were coming at what they would drive--i believe there have been several disguised terrorist roadblocks in which they stop and kill those of coalition--their idea of slowing down is not same as stopping---but most of all we only have view of the woman who has done nothing but diss the U.S. since she got there writing articles even for Algezeera including one absurb one on U.S. dropping napalm on Fullah residents.
