scott, let it go. you seem decent enough but i'm sick of hearing you constantly beating your chest about sc. i'm happy your team is so good, but give it a rest. cant you just appreciate how well their doing without rubbing everyones nose in it? i use to like sc but youre making it diffacult. being humble is a good thing.

Why does this post offend people? Truth hurts? Serious, what is wrong with my post. You have a problem with someone posting a "legit" complaint? Why do you people think I am worked up? Because I use strong words? Because my post is long? I get a big kick out of this. :grins: I enjoy seeing all the irrelevant replies about me on a personal level. I don't know about you people, but it doesn't take me a long time to gather my thoughts and type it out. I guess it helps I am a fast typer. It might have took some of you 1-2 hours to type that up, it took me 30+ min. and it was worth it.
I am the type of person who stands up for what he thinks is right. Some of you make NO SENSE at all. Of course you have to focus ON ME instead of the material inside the post. If you dislike me, you should have put me on IGNORE list a long time ago. Save you the trouble of reading "my garbage." :mj07: WHO GIVES A $HIT ABOUT ME! I have proven I do not start USC threads, other posters do. Now the problem is me going into other peoples threads and talking about USC when USC is the topic of the thread? :wtf: WTF are you talking about?
Where have my posts been off topic? If someone posts USC defense sucks, am I not allowed to disagree and explain why I disagree? THAT IS WHAT I DO! Some people on this site just throw out their opinions as if it is fact. That is fine. But I don't just state my opinion, I back it up. Again, what exactly have I done wrong? Other people start USC threads, I talk about USC in those threads, and that is problem for you? Obviously I am not talking to myself in these threads. Scott, we get it. You LOVE USC. In fact I DID like to read your posts because they WERE insightful. BUT, You repeatedly put the same things in your posts and others. So I did quit reading your posts because they're just plain long-winded now. You have been coming across as a blow-hard Trojan Nazi that thinks the world revolves around USC. It doesnt, and to have the propaganda continuously shoved down our throats, has become unbearable. And that is why you constantly find yourself defending your position. It is YOU, and not everybody else.
Why doesnt everybody that doesnt like you put you on ignore lists? Then no one would ever see your posts. Do you watch cops? What are your favorite parts? The pain and misfortune of others because of their own stupidity? Mine too! I actually read your posts now to see how bad at Interpersonal Communication you really are. Its like watching the drunks on Cops saying they are fine as they fall flat on their faces, or the crack whores who say they dont use drugs with their arms all full of tracks and the spoon in the purse. If you realized how stupid you look arguing your points over and over again, you would gracefully make an exit. Instead you make longwinded posts about why USC is gonna win based on the fact that you have seen all the gatorade in their dorm room. Stupid.
You can argue with this post all you want. You may even say that 7 out of 10 of your last posts have had less characters than this one, so how can I call you long winded. But the truth remains that you will still look stupid, and that you will be arguing alone. Obviously, no one wants to stand with you now. But dont fret, you will always have your USC pajamas.

You know whats funny. After the Fresno St. game I found myself debating extensively with others that the USC defense is good. Nowhere near as bad as the media and what others on this site were saying. Most were on the other side of that debate. We all know the ending results. The CFB forum says CFB PICKS AND DISCUSSION! When I want insight on a USC game........I look you up! You are good and a good handicapper!!!!!!!!! For some reason you have a target on your back (some of it may be deserved because you should let some things drop....) It does, however, remind me of Middle School....where 1 kid "gets the worst of it" in some way and every dipshit around piles on thus disrupting the site etc. etc.
I appreciate your work and your insights..I don't always agree but I do respect your opinions and I LIKE your passion for your team...I agree that ALL those who have a problem with 'Scott" should put him on ignore and let peace and goodwill toward man prevail during bowl season!!! jmho

Thanks for nice words. You don't have to always agree with me and I don't say I am always right. It is called debating. It is called DISCUSSIONS! My opinions may come on strong because I always have support behind them. G-Man2 is a poster I deeply respect at this site. Sometimes he and I did not see eye to eye but I always come away learning something from him. I won the debate with him USC beating Michigan (a side bet too), and he won the debate last year OSU over Michigan (or more like a warning). Many other examples too. I learn a lot from him and I actually enjoy it when I see him come into a thread disagreeing with me. Then I know I am in for a challenge. That allows us to debate and learn from each other. Well I shouldn't speak for him but I learn stuff from him even if we disagree. For the most part, I never use personal attacks in my post. So there is no reason to dislike me. If you do, like you said, put me on ignore list.
Thanks for not being afraid to post support for me. You risked being bashed etc It is in vogue to bash me. :mj07: Much appreciated and glad my posts have helped you at times.

Scott, I agree with bear 100%. I enjoy reading your posts, but there are times u need to let things go. I personally always root for u on your big plays. Lots of big personalities and egos on this site, nothing wrong with that, but now and then people get hardons for one or another and it interfers with our primary goal. i think what bothers people about you is the way you argue. you come off as someone that has been thrown in prison and is trying to defend their self that they are innocent. most folks around here just dont take things that serious especially with all the garbage going on around the world. you obviously like stirring up trouble. anyone in their right mind would leave something where most dont like them sort of like a jew having dinner with hitler dont think they would stay around for that abuse. just curious why you dont leave being attacked all the time other than you like the drama.

I think in the last 3+ years at this site, I complained ONCE to MJ about a posters post in a thread of mine. So I don't go crying to MJ when posters make personal attacks. I also try and refrain myself from making personal attacks back. I do get upset if I get thread closed because of it or I get banned for all the wrong reasons. Simple as that. A good analogy are kids playing hoops. Growing up if I didn't get my way on the court, I did not take my ball and go home. I voiced my complaint (maybe a foul) and after we all got done complaining and taking a vote, we continued on. That is my situation now. If I don't like something at this site, why should I leave? I enjoy this site and the posters on it. I voiced my complaint, this thread will die, and we move on. MJ could have taken another direction and banned me forever but I took the risk that he wouldn't go that far. If he did, oh well. It is his site. Nothing I can do about that.

Didn't Jack create the section "Sports teams and their fans" just for the issues that you seem to have with other people? So why not take some of the stuff there and I am sure it would not bother anyone in the least! I find the vast majority of your posts to be informative and usually very well thought out, but I think you take things to the edge and rub people the wrong way by using words such as FACTOIDS and there are other terms you use that can or could be construed by others as demeaning. This is Jack's board and what he decides to do at his board is really his and his business, so even if you feel that you have a good argument about this issue and you have brought up a few valid points, but what do you really expect to get out of this type of thread? As I stated earlier, I think your a knowledgeable capper and I personally enjoy your banter even though I feel your full of shit half the time, but I really don't see how this thread benefits you or anyone else as it only makes the situation worse.
