Get a bottle of Frank's Red Hot.

In a big skillet, melt a stick of butter and six finely cut cloves of garlic. Add the Red Hot after the garlic is brown. Add one tsp of chili powder, 2 if you like it hot. Add 2-3 chili peppers finely cut (optional). Cook to a boil and then lower the temperature. Add deep fried wings.

What's on PBS? Dallas is too good.
