First of all, the assaults happened in a women's shelter, not a public bathroom. Secondly, he wasn't transgender but mentally ill. At no point have I ever said assaults don't happen. I did say it won't increase the frequency. This happened in 2012 I believe, in Canada nonetheless. Are you really attempting to use a single individual serial rapist as evidence of an epidemic?
"Common sense" should tell you one case, which doesn't even apply to the topic, is not proof of anything.
