Currently opened to the US. They have slack channel. Current price is $1.50 with retail tokens set price $10.

It is the first to allow US dollar loans on your crypto assets. For instance, if you have $10k in BTC, you can take a loan for $8k while still holding your bitcoin and not coming under capital gains taxes. This is going to be a huge win for all the new money makers wanting to take a taste of profits without leaving the comforts of their portfolio.

What is your best guess for returns? Are you holding long term?

Thanks

I'm thinking it goes up 3x times from here by end of August. ANything after that is very speculative. My play is catching the highs, selling, and buying more on the retrace. I'm hoping to triple my holding this week. Im watching it like a hawk. :0008

I've thought about trying to play that game but i'm afraid I might miss out if it takes off. MTL is almost 90% of my portfolio so i'm really going to ride this one. Most of the rest is on DGB. The way people in the MTL slack you would think it's going to $100.

Looks like Salt has suspended email approvals to access token sale until after Bitcoin BIP-91 Lock-in.

Hi-

So I have my BTC on a Trezor. Do you think this is a good place to store them prior to the August 1st situation? Do I need to do anything before or after?

Thanks!

Its the best place to have them as you have the btc private keys. Meaning you'll receive the forked coin as well.

Thanks Woodson! I'm going to hang onto the BTC (i have 25 BTC) as I think there is too much invested into this to allow this to fail. Do you still recommend holding?

Damn alts are taking a beating with this BCC fiasco. Woodson Bittrix will be crediting the equivalent amount of Bitcoin Cash (BCC) on a 1:1 basis to bitcoin on Aug 1st. Would it behoove to move bitcoin to site to receive this benefit?

Thanks

What does that mean exactly? I'm thinking it means if you have 2 bitcoins you will wind up with 1 BTC and 1 BCC. Total guess on my part but I can't imagine you're going to be getting anything for free.

I could be wrong on this too but if you have your BTC in cold storage you will have the option to have BCC or BTC when you take them out.

I've been doing a lot of guessing with this stuff.

Jack I interpret the statement put out by Bittrex that you will get a free BCC coin for every BTC coin held on the site. The value of the BCC coin I don't know. Maybe Woodson can clear it up a bit. Should I move my BTC to Bittrex to get BCC? Woodson? He on permanent vacation lol. Maybe he pop in before Aug 1st.

I know that's what it sounds like but we all know there's nothing free. But, I'm all up for that deal, let me know what you find out and that's exactly where I'll park my BTC.

When you guys play the dips, how do you park your money in USD easily? I'm thinking if I want to sell high, I would like to move into USD then be able to buy back low. Just curious if there is an easy way to do this. BTC and the alts seem to move together most of the time. So if I sell high and move funds into BTC, i'm not really gaining anything. If that makes sense.

LOL - Me neither, but. . . .

I think if you have the BTC and hold keys or are in an exchange that has said that they will support both (coinbase won't), you're going to get 1 BTC and 1 BCC and they can be spent/used separately. Future markets have the BCC priced at about $400, so i believe that's what the runup was.

I'm expecting both BTC and BCC to go down after the split, but I was expecting that to go down this week too. . . .

Where da heck is Woodson. Need some advise! Some traders saying Alts gonna crash tomorrow night from selling to gain BCC. Sold about half of what I have on Bittrex at this point. The bulk of my alts in offline wallets and will stay there. What do you think Woodson?

i have some BTC, ETH and Iota.

all my ETH are locked in to Iota/Eth, if that goes through i'm just gonna hold Iota and see what's happening with BTC/that other coin it gives. If monero goes under $30 i might get some of that.

looks like BTC is holding pretty well so far, interesting to see if it falls at all tomorrow :0corn
