Most of the time they cancel it, but sometimes they play it.

From what I heard at Polands game they have to play 4 sets the last day. At least that was a case when the result is 2:1 after doubles.

If the score is 3-0 after the doubles, The ITF "strongly suggests" you play one best out of 3 set exhibition match.

But there is no rule stating that either team has to play the 4th match.
