by the way........on almost all these matches the best odds I found were at Olympic.......good news for North American betters
and a note to all "rookie" tennis bettors........most books do not offer odds on the fifth match (best out of five remember!). For example Croatia leads the US by a score of 2-1 if Ljubicic (CRO) beats Blake (USA) (which I hope he does considering I picked him) then the fifth match is useless.........why because Croatia would be up 3-1 in a best out of 5
The only "fifth" match I wagered on is the Vinciguerra match....if Bjorkman losses to Kuerten then the Vinciguerra match is useless and my bet will be voided
(Note.......Olympic doesn't even post odds on the fifth and deciding match...they wait to see results of the 4th match before posting odds.
and by the way..........bet a ton on Novak (CZE)......no way he loses at HOME on CLAY versus the big boy Youzhny (Russia).........Russia leads 2-1 and if Novak losses his country is out of Davis Cup..........he won't lose......:firing: :firing: :firing:
