At my age I will use anything that is cooling. I would hang my a?? out the window of the car but they say that's against the law. It was ok back in the 60's. We let anything hang out any place. :(

okay, thanks for the info neemer. i've read alot about this colon cleansing fad that's going on, so i think i'm gonna jump on board, especially since my old man had ulcerative colitis and now has the bag on. guess it won't hurt to try it. sounds like doing it a couple times a year, as smashmouth stated, is the thing to do.

i'll give that broad a call in the morning and order me up a months supply.

also, i joined the Big Fan Racing team awhile back, and am looking forward to their new America's Most Wanted car on the track soon. i think they're on the right track now, so to speak. thanks for all the info man. later.

from everything i know, less stress on the colon seems to be beneficial......might be a good deal to do....don't know if there is any hard data on effects of cleansing a colon though....woudl be hard to obtain in a study....a diet with fiber, lots of greens, and an occasional plum, fig, prune, or box of raisins is also a good idea......

those little raisin boxes aren't a bad deal to buy....snack on one of them a day for a healthy snack and it will also help rinse the colon out.....

I'm sure if u ask NEEMER, one of his best over the counter sellers (outside of Tylenol, advil, etc) has to be Correctol, ExLax, or MOM.

Don't forget the Carters! And once ingested, you better be hovering around a bathroom bout 6-8hrs. later. Only lax that guaranttees you'll drop 12 pounds the following day.

Doug.....

Didn't realize there were any other BFRs here at Jack's place. The AMW deal with the missing and exploited children is a VERY VERY good idea! Whoever came up with that one, was one smart puppy. IMHO it will be the most unique car on the track; I just hope they have the equipment and personnel to back it up. I truthfully didn't think the original concept would work. They've improved themselves 100 fold since I bought my 1 share of stock. Publicity will help them more than anything will at this moment...

I thought I read somewhere, (maybe MAXIM) that the colon is "self cleansing" and doesnt need to be messed with..

Although what has been said in this thread makes alot of sense..

in all probability just about everyone has to have a re-wipe at some time in there life. I have found that there is a product that is like a baby wipe that is in a container that hangs from the paper dispenser just under the skins. Give her a go... keeps the matted mass of ass hair clean. Also have you tried a mustache trimmer? Works like a dream just need a full length mirror and a good battery in the trimmer. Get everyone out of house, put a mirror on the floor and the full length in front of you....give a squat over the mirror and get after it. Gets a little prickly in the summer but I look great in my thong:D

Another cleanliness trick is to get some J. Crew hair gel, and plaster the hair to the inside of your thigh/cheek just make sure not to cross the "great divide" with a hair as it will rip out at the root.

or
just dig out the dingleberries with your drawers and throw em in the laundry later.

oh I almost forgot.....before you finish the wipe...spend a little me time and get up there and root out the stragglers with an index finger...you figure you have to wash anyway...why not enjoy it

hey neemer,

just got off the phone and had a heck of a time ordering this stuff (the colon cleanse program). i don't know if you know this or not, but by getting the $43 autoship price, it'll be coming every month to you automatically! the one time price was $49.50 plus $7.95 s&h, a bit more than i expected. (butt still less than $2 a day if you break it down.) then they didn't have a good id # for julie. the 172754 did not come back to her. so i think she said you were on her second level, or something like that, and she gave you her special number. anyways, i thought i'd check with you to see if you had any more info. i went to their web site and that really wasn't any help either. let me know if you find out anything more or talk to her again, so i can give her credit for a sale if i order.

re: BFR, i jumped on board right after you did for my share also. i think they are really wrong with liking this lance hooper so much as their driver. the guy doesn't impress me at all. so hopefully with a new car and new sponsorship money, so also will a new driver come along. i saw a pic of the hood already and it looks great! it'll take the rest of this year to get things going, but i'm looking for the #89 to be in all the busch races next year. keep your fingers crossed. thanks again for turning me on to these things. hey, the other thing i remember was that MLM thing you had going with long distance telepone carriers. did that ever pan out for you? just curious. thanks again for sharing your wealth of info. later.

I am not a medical expert but I think an Enema does the same thing.Go to the drugstore & ask for a Fleet Enema. It cost about $8-$10.Then ask your wife, girlfriend,or other half to insert into you. They will love you for asking.(lol!)

Thought I would inquire about the comparison between the Fleet Enema and the Colon Cleanse.... Here's what Julie had to say....

There is a HUGE difference between a fleet enema and the Colon Cleanse
sytem! I know personally because Ive done numerous Fleet enemas as well as
two professional colonics. (I have suffered with non-perfect bowels since
early childhood.)

Let me compare it like this:
A water enema or colonic is like rinsing a dirty pot under water. You will
get the big chunks off, but there will be plenty of crud left behind.
The colon cleanse is like using detergent and a scrubber! After 30 days you
are a lot cleaner, including the sludge later on the walls and the finer,
old fecal particles in the crevices of the colon, thanks to the Herbal Tabs
and the Activated Charcoal. And that sludge layer and those finer
particles are the older, more poisonous substances that wreak havoc on our
health, as well as prevent the good nutrients from being absorbed as they
pass through the colon.

As proof, I doubt if their poop floats, is lighter in color, and has less
odor thanks to a Fleet!

I invite those people who think there is no difference to try it for
themselves and see - the product comes with t 45-day guarantee. They will
be believers! Sure it is more effort to commit 30-days, but to get rid of
years of build up, its going to take more than a 90 minute rinse!

That is a great question. If you have more, please send them along!
