I can hear up to the 17.7 level. Pretty cool stuff. The wife can hear up to 16.7. Too bad I couldn't watch porn at these levels.

I can hear the 21.1K & I am 33.

I have always had some bionic type hearing though for some reason, maybe cause I had bad eyesight at an early age.

i can hear all of them clear through 16.7. 17.7 i could barely hear if i turned my head a certain direction. i'm 23.

i wonder if how good your speakers are would have anything to do with it.

BM Glad to see you posting again-how has it been going?

Haykeye...... Thanks, it's great to have a moment to post!!! Seem to be working 55+ hour weeks with 12+ hours drive time figured in each week :(
(but i really do like my job ........ GO FIGURE :( )

and now that my kids have figured out that football isn't really such a bad sport, i'm coming close to making them hawkeye fans too!!!

hoping for a nice summer vacation this year that will have to remain within the US since my daughter is the only one of us w/ a passport..

for other responders to this thread..... it doesn't count if you have to turn your speakers up, or hold your ear next to them to hear the sounds. teens can hear the sounds 5 stages down as well as a ringing phone (or as loud as any of you over 40 can hear the FIRST sound)

Ravenous, that torture thing is an added plus, isn't it?? LMAO!!

true dat. my step-daughter was in the kitchen, probably about 30 feet from my office, and came in here asking what i was doing. she could hear the sounds all the way out there and i could barely here them right here. she asked what i was doing but she knew all about the high pitched ring tones that kids are using in school.

I could easily hear up to 14.1 in my left ear and 14.9 in my right. Above that, I only heard the pop of it starting. Crazy!
