Who said i was happy about it? I really haven't followed the story. If it did indeed happened then i guess ICE had every reason to deport the mother. They just don't deport them just to deport them.

oh, by the way, the 4-year old has a rare form of cancer, and was deported without his medication. who the fuck does that? just because his mother illegally came to this country years ago, looking for a better life. at the very least, she (and her kids, 2 of which are US citizens) should get due process.
so far, you have been a lot more upset about a 13-year old not getting applause from half a room than you are about 2 younger american children being deported to a country they've never been to.
The mother requested the children be removed. Read the article. So its the mother's fault for removing them and not having the medication. Blame the mother for her stupidity who was here illegally. Your quick to blame the Trump administration but the mother made the choice for her children.
perhaps YOU need to read the article. the mother was allowed a brief phone call with the father. when he began giving her the phone # of an attorney, ICE cut off the call.
and, this is going to be very difficult for you... try putting yourself in her shoes. she just got snatched with her children and she's going to be deported (again, without due process. in the united states of america. that is illegal, since you're suck a stickler for the law.). she's told the kids can stay in ICE custody (who the fuck knows how THAT will go) or they can stay with her. i think most mothers would chose to have the kids stay with her. and, what, you think she just carries her kid's cancer meds with her at all times? or, more likely, they are home in the medicine cabinet? i'll go out on a limb and say ICE didn't give her a chance to pack a bag.
but, hey, you seemed to have convinced yourself that it's ok to treat human beings like this for the simple reason that they crossed a border 10 years ago. she has committed no crimes while she's been here.
She's an illegal. She didn't have due process when she came here illegally and she doesn't have due process when she got deported. I know that's a hard concept for you to grasp. And let me add this. Both Obama and Biden deported illegals without due process. Let me quote Obama here " If you plan to enter the US illegally, you're chances of getting caught and sent back just went up." "The actions i'm taking are are taken by every single Republican President and every single Democratic President." That's a direct quote from Obama.

1) it is illegal to deport people without due process, no matter what their immigration status is. it literally does not matter.
2) these are still human beings that we're talking about. maybe instead of calling her "an illegal", try calling her "a human being."
