The problem with some people is that they have only one guiding principle, self-preservation. That is as deep as the ethic lies. There are no rules, there is no morality, there is no higher calling, there is no character, there are no boundries or parameters for behavior or thought. There is only the bunker mentality of survival at any cost. The words that come out of their mouths change as often as needed.
