I watched the fight at Hooters in Kingswood(I think that is what city it is) so I couldn't hear because football was on as well but I don't know about the Kimbo fight. I haven't read thru all of the thread but I've seen every one of his "backyard" fights and the one thing I thought he always had was a strong chin. I've seen him take much bigger hits than that and not even phase him. It made me wonder the minute I saw it, it wasn't like Chuck getting blasted right on the chin.

I have seen Kimbo's backyard fight when he puts his hands down and tells the guy to hit him and doesn't blink when the guy does so but there is another backyard fight out there where Kimbo gets decked by a jab. He comes back to win but he does go down.

After you read that......get this.....the reason why it took so long for Kimbo to accept the fight is because the camp was demanding MORE money to fight Seth. That is why it took so long to make the fight official. I have to admit I am losing some respect for Bas Rutten. As for Kimbo, can't feel bad for him......

bas' credit line ran out with me a while ago. he's a terrible commentator and he makes ridiculous statements such as kimbo being more talented than brock and radach being good enough to beat anderson silva.

bas' "good name" should be getting smeared much more than it is. he was riding the kimbo train just like elitexc.

Also.....I do think Mir does a great job on WEC, and Trigg does good job as well. In fact I have never hated any MMA play-by-play dude.....all do ok job. But Rogan...he's the man.....plus he could beat Kimbo:142smilie

i havent seen that show yet. Is it any good and what time does it come on? Also do the guest lose after they go on the show? and could u kindly answer my question in the other thread. The game is almost over. Even if you don't know acknowledge me for goodness sakes.

Have you seen the guys he's fought in the backyards? None of them have technique, and they all look like they work at McDonalds to make a living. I'm pretty sure none of the power and obviously not the technique of a trained guy like Petruzelli.

watched the replay on dvr again yesterday morning with both of my children (they love MMA, imagine that? :00hour )

Anyway, my daughter in her 12 year old wisdom says, "Dad, you can tell that Kimbo isn't a real fighter becuase he got knocked out so easily by that one punch" :mj07:
