As the world becomes "smaller" through technology, it's impossible to simply stay out of each other's way. We need to learn to co-exist. Obviously, our great pappies didn't do the best job of that, to put it mildly. But what we can hope for is to better the world in the future, and not support regimes, organizations, or individuals who lead us back into the dark ages, without regard to their religion, nationality, or political beliefs. Evil comes in all shapes and sizes.
