The weather up there is awful.....summers are fking cold, it rains too much and the water is really cold....oh, and it's almost always foggy.
Other than that, its a tropical paradise.

No doubt 110 is way easier to live in...you can function inside and outside.....not much you can do outside at 35 below.

A more fair comparison would be 110 or 30. I would still take the 110, I guess.
Switching extremes to his example would be 175 or 30.
