The weather up there is awful.....summers are fking cold, it rains too much and the water is really cold....oh, and it's almost always foggy.

Other than that, its a tropical paradise.

Lived in minn, chicago, arizona.......so I've experienced your experimental question

No doubt 110 is way easier to live in...you can function inside and outside.....not much you can do outside at 35 below.
