"the bunker"
Maksym Pedyura +280
Alexander Ustinov -370

2pm ET Thursday

Guys I'm not the type to use the word "sure thing"
but I wanted to bring a fight to the board's attention.

Tomorrow morning in the Ukraine Ustinov fights Pedyura.
Ustinov is anywhere from -350 to -370 (5dimes) depending on the site.
The line actually opened at -260.

He is a former Kickboxing champ and he has been signed by K2 Promotions (the Klitchscko's company).

Ustinov is being moved along in Europe and this should be a showcase for him. His opponent is an undefeated Ukranian who has never fought anyone of note.

Ustinov is 300 pounds. He has a punch and he has never been KO'ed in a kickboxing or boxing match.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Ustinov

He doesn't look the part, but he should destroy this opponent fairly easily.
I know it's a high price, but he looks to be a solid winner. He should probably be priced higher.

This is my biggest bet in a while.
Just wanted to point this one out.
Good luck fellas.

:toast:

My bets for Friday are

Haywood to beat Olusegun at +800. I am betting the guy who is 6ft tall with a pretty good record.

Banks to beat Adamek at +400. I waited too long to pull the trigger on this one.
I think the bigger Banks has a great shot in this one.

Lorenzo to beat Miranda at -150. This is my biggest bet for Friday by far.
I don't think highly of Lorenzo but Miranda is utter shite with a padded record.
I was one of the mugs who bet on Miranda to beat Demers and I felt very lucky to win that one.
Lorenzo is nothing special but he is good enough to smoke Miranda.

I also have Ghost's Russian giant in a parlay with Johnson and Garcia in MMA.

Good Luck :toast: :toast: :toast:

With you on Lorenzo weepaul
TOTALLY

great to see you in agreement there
I was shocked to see this line so close

I know Lorenzo was really bad against Marquez
but Miranda's two best performances are beating Demers (who is over-rated) and going 10 with Quillen (who is over-rated).
this is a prospect against a never was.

Lorenzo's gonna smack this fool

Ustinov still unbeaten!

Rising heavyweight star Alexander Ustinov (14-0, 12 KOs) of Belarus seized a vacant EBA title with a convincing fifth-round TKO over Ukrainian Maxim Pedyura (11-1, 10 KOs) moments ago at Sports Palace in Kiev, Ukraine. Ustinov was surprisingly quick for a man of his colossal stature, using his jab to control defensive-minded Pedyura and overhand right to regularly rock him. However, the Ukrainian fighter used his skills to avoid an early knockout. The bout was stopped in round five after Pedyura?s nose started to bleed strenuously.

WINNNER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took:
Banks 5,25 - Who am I to go against the board?
Olusegun-Hayward - over 9 1,6 - I missed much better odds and am still contemplating shot at Hayward. I'm going to sleep on it.
Ustinov - 1,29 GK rules!
Johnson-Judah - under 9,5 3,46 Nice odds I think.
Lorenzo - 1,67 Glad to se you guys agree.
Skelton-Rogan - over 9,5 2,9 Old guys going to wrestle.
Smith-Gonzalez - under 7,5 3 Not a bad odds for over 50% KO ratio guys.
Thaxton,Broadhurst,Jackiewitz parlay

Still a lot of fights available this weekand, I'm gona look some more tomorow.

Good luck!!!

Thanks Kid, i won 50 bucks with your play. :scared

HWS are always a circus, this result was a foregone conclusion.

I have too a medium play on Johnson, plus i took Adamek by points at +300 (medium, couldn't resist), hedged by Adamek late KO.
