Oh wait, this series isn't actually over yet. From everything I had read, I just assumed it was. My bad.

Let me update it here...

Playoffs to Date: 165-159 +4.55 units

Back to square 1 for the umpteenth time this playoffs

Everyone always overreacts after 1 game.

Spo benching James and wade together for 4 minutes late cost them. That wasa brutal stretch.

Miami looked comfortable to me. Spurs didnt shoot great, but played great.

Jord, Spo didn't actually take Lebron out. Lebron asked to come out in the 4th out of his normal rotation. He said he was tired.

IMO Lebron has always had to shoulder too much during the first 3 qtrs and it cost him in the 4th. After a hard physical series vs. the Pacers that can only be maginfied. I think the Heat is in trouble because they don't have an answer for Parker. They can't put Lebron on him for two reasons. One is because it would be too much for Lebron because of how many screens Parker runs around and also because Parker and the Spurs pass it too well.

The Heat are going to need Wade to step it up in every game. 1 or 2 games I can see, just don't know about 4.

Hopefully this series gets to 7 just for the fun of great matchups.

Yeah, I read that after the fact too. Makes a bit more sense. You still need to get Wade back in there then, and sit him for a few minutes later if needed.

I think the Heat looked comfortable for most of that game. They had a few chances to push it over the edge. They will get out and run and be comfortable on offense. Bosh gets a lot of shit (deservedly so most times), but I still say he has a big series. Nobody was physical on Wade last night. I think Miami will be bale to do their thing on offense and let Parker be Parker more.

The Heat had 5 turnovers in a row in 4th q last night. Spurs took care of the ball. Will that be a pattern?? I don't think so. I think the Heat will get 2 blowouts, and the long rests will help them.

We will see. Everyone talking how good the Spurs are and why Miami can't win. I don't buy it. They had that game and blew it. HUGE overreaction in media, IMO.

I think the Heat have a good chance but they'll need to make some changes. IMO Wade is done. They might get 1 or 2 good games out of him but he just doesn't have it right now. I love Wade and how he plays but unfortunately for him I think it's taken too big of a toll on his body. He has about 10 good minutes in him a game now and after those he's average.

I'm not sure a long rest is going to help them, at least one that just goes to Sunday. They just had 4 days and it didn't help their fatigue. How many times have you ever seen Lebron ask out of an important time during the 4th qtr. IMO that was the reason for their TOs in the 4th. Physically and mentally tired. Everyone always says a team had that game becauses they were winning in the first 3 qtrs but we all know that in the playoffs the only thing that matters is the 4th. Good teams play to keep it close when they're on the road and then take their shot in the 4th.

If Miami wins this Lebron is going to have to be Superman. I don't like Miami but for his sake I almost hope he does it. Much like Bird did it over his career, Lebron has earned my respect. He does things the right way.

Up 5 at the half.

Jord, is the game playing out as you expected so far? Some really big points off of the bench from the Heat.

This is better than expected. Lebron is MIA, spurs shooting 70% from 3 and we still covered first half. Lebron turns it on and heat win by 15.

What a gross game. Couldn't be going any worse, and it's still tied.

Maybe the heat will continue to be atrocious.

Ok, so the spurs won like 20 games in a row in the playoffs. Now this. Maybe people will get a grip in evaluating this team... Hopefully not though.
Boom!!!!!!! Large night for me.

Lets go to San Antonio

Jord, were you 4-0 (+27 units) on Game 2? We're gonna need you to do the same for Game 3!

That was large. I know I am betting an obscene amount on each game here, but I feel great about it. I love the matchup, sentiment, etc.

I don't plan on slowing down.
