i tried to get it out tonight, and i was informed i had to have a pin. I told them I didn't and they said they would mail me a new one. I told them i had to update my address, and they said i couldn't do it without my pin?????????? give me a break. stall tactics to keep my money for a longer period of time.
you are right. dealing with an offshore book is risky enough, but having to deal with a "middle man" literally DOUBLES THE RISK.
these people have absolutely NO accountability whatsoever.
