FIRST HALF AND HALF TIME THREAD!!!!

I'm playing GST for the obvious reasons.... 12 pt fav down by 10 at the half, and I get them at -2. GST was a double digit fav for a good reason before tipoff and THEY WILL come back. ATL has lots of foul trouble so that should help.
Also, playing the Under here. ATL has killed GST on the boards and GST has managed to shoot well enough to stay this close. BUT, they only managed 81 shots between the two teams and a ton of FT's. IF they increase it by 10 % in FG shots attempted, we're looking at say 90. If they hit 48%, that would be 43 shots made and at lease 86 pts without 3's and FT's. However, I'm counting on a lot better defense from GST and for them to hold ATL, a young and talented, but still a bad team to about 40% shooting and 42 pts. That leaves 60 for GST and that's about what they'll need to hit both.

Ok, I expect a close game at the end with the free throws giving me the over in the lakers game, I just hope them to stay close, I forget about the Height of Denver, usually teams goes down in the late quarters, hope Phil rest his players and they fight all the game

Damn.... I'm gonna eliminate my single plays.... went like 1-4 on those tonite and NAILED almost all my DOUBLE and TRIPLE plays.

Rander, any specific set up you look for to ramp up to 2x or 3x play as opposed to 1...or is it more of just a gut feel thing when you see it?

About the big and small plays I can tell you something, a person some day told me that what really matters is to win the big plays, and I agree, but if you play a ton of little ones, the big ones are more a do or die, not a big play, so just put away the little plays and play the big ones, you know your thing, you are good, i think you can hit both kind of plays, but sometimes the little plays are just for fun or for junkie, not reallly strong just my thoughts !
but they usually do that kind of crap in a quarter, always they are a streaky team, just that!

Actually, the SINGLE's are my gut feelings most of the time! :mj07: :shocked: Guess I need some PEPTO BISMOL with the way my gut is churning....
Or, I'll play a SINGLE on the side or total along with a DOUBLE I like. For instance, if I like a TEAM to come back and win, and they are an offensive team, I know they will have to turn it up and score a lot, so FAV/OVER. BUT, other times, like with GST, I was expecting them to shut down ATL, hence FAV / Under. It's never the same.... alot depends on individual players too. If KOBE has less than 10 at the half in a close game, I will play LAKERS and OVER if I feel LA will win.
Other times it's money manaagement also....IF I have a bunch of TRIPLES going with way too much BR riding, I may play it small for that reason too.
Stick around, you'll see..... I have nites like tonite, and then others where all my TRIPLES miss and I nail 5 of 6 on Singles....it's gambling!
