thank you my friend,i am hurting today,cant drive really have the shakes.

just keep pryaing for me this almost put me at a place i didnot want to be at.
i feel guilty even though i know i didnot break my sobrity,but i feel like i have.i will make it through this day even though i am hurting psychical and emonational but i will beat this feeling it willnot beat me.

Fletch seems like it's more then 30 days now. Is that all the Doc's are going to do for you keep you in space. Is there no new plan? Chit man think I would be on someone to get off there a??, and help.
Fletch, I've been very open about my battles with every addition you can name. I have almost 20 years of sobriety but the only day that counts is today. Like everyone before me has said: get to a meeting - several a day if possible or check into a hospital. This is no time to let pride get in your way. Do what ever it takes to get to someone who cares but will not be an inabler.

there are some on this forum that are alcoholics including fletch/ anything that we expose ourselves to, drugs or alcohol places us in a life or death situation. i know that the next drink i take is a death warrant for me. AA is our lifeline/the drug fletch was given,oxycontin, is a terrible drug to kick/withdrawl is hell! hope this helps some not familiar with this/ fletch needs our support & prayers/ god knows how much he has helped us and some benefits he has helped charity wise/ fletch we need to hear from you/that your progressing toward recovery.
yes it did get to this neemer,i should of knowen better,they really kicked my ass,have made meetings am in day 3 of pure detox,cold turkey,feeling somewhat better today,did a little yard work and house things for about 4 hours and that was it.
taking a liver detox thing from an aa brother called liveRX used to detox liver fromdrugs and other types of toxins.
loading up on vitamins lots of b12 e and c with zinc and a herb called skullcapp that you drink as a tea that helps in the first 72 hours,havenot ate much dropped 23 pounds but needed to anyway drinking slimfast for vitamins and then drinkink vegtables and fruits mixed in a jucier for food it easy then eating right now,,

ps am over the guilt now just looking at getting healty drug free and clean,i am happy with what i did today may not sound like allot but to me it was after being a zombie for a month,i am way out of cardo or any shape, alittle each day and will be better then used to be,even startig to work out again with jeri at the gym starting next week ,40 mins a day 20 work out 20 cardo that will do it.

Eric, get some Gelatin for nails at the local drug store. A pack a day for six months mixed with orange juice or, if you can find it, Sunny Delight (made by RC) will rebuild the cartledge in your body (disc,joints,etc). I've known about this for about ten years. Here lately, they have come out with the same thing and call it "Gelatin for Joints" at a higher price. LOL
