I bet Herb lost his ass on this business decision..... between managing Sam's clubs for 15 yrs and Costco for 20 yrs. I spent 35 years walking on concrete. No fancy carpeting and I was on my feet most of the day as I hated sitting in an office. I did have highly buffed concrete which was better looking than that red fucking carpet ..
