au revoir Julien.

What are the odds on Mayer to win it all now?
3-1

Everytime I load up on Julien he fails me. When I go light he pulls the upset.

Need the others to come through to avoid a terrible day.

Granollers takes 1st set 6-4 which is huge for +5.5 games but need the win to boot.

Down 3-0 in 2nd though.

Many unforced errors killed Granollers in the 2nd and he keeps hitting to Bags forehand and it is getting him in trouble.
Drops it 6-1 when he should have broke to make it 5-2 in 2nd.

Bags looks more gassed than Baroni in a 2nd round.
I hope he doesn't get bailed out by darkness.

yep......the problem was with the ref....he totally fucked it up. Why he walked on the court and "talked with the guys" is beyond wrong.

Why the hell did he walk on the court and "talk"? You tell the umpire on the phone that the match is called at 4-4 or that they are playing two more games. The ref fucked up big time.

Then the umpire giving Fogini a point penalty without a warning is against the rules. The rules state that the warning must be announced. I suppose the ref could have given Fogini a point penalty, but if he did then the ref should be fired.

The whole thing could have been avoided if the ref just made the decision on the phone.

The last two games were played in the dark for fucks sake.:nono:

That was one of the strangest things I have seen. I can tell you one thing the Italian entourage is going to give it to that ref.

Why did they stop it?
It couldn't get any darker. :mj07:

The choice should be on the players as a last decision and if it should come to that then it would have to be a both agree or else situation.
It is that simple.

My pending are more like losers.
Granollers dropped the 3rd set 7-5 so he is down 2-1 and currently down 5 games and I am getting 5.5 so he must win the 4th.

Isner sucks and he may not even win much less cover 6 games.
I am going into tomorrow thinking those are losers.
Granollers makes way to many unforced errors and has a weak serve which hurts on clay.

OK Day 4 was bad and it is not even officially over yet for me but it looks like it is only going to get worse barring a Granollers comeback. :142smilie

Day 5:
Straight plays:
Kirsten Flipkens(+635) over Sharapova for 50 wins 317.50
:scared WOW. Flipkens is not 6-1 bad and Sharapova double faults haunt her and she doesn't let them go.

Andy Roddick(-7.5 games) -120 for 120 wins 100 - Roddick is playing a guy who has ZERO business being in the 2nd round as Kavcic lucked out by retirement in the 1st round. This should be a cakewalk match.

Parlay:
Roddick
Ferrer
Hanescu
Djokovic
Nadal
Serena W
Henin
Dementieva
150 wins 190

Learned alot about Granollers game watching his match with Bags.
Bags is dead in the water next round vs either Murray or Chela.
Bags is out of shape and just doesn't have any game left worthy of a 3rd round winner.

I HATE RODDICK AND THINK HE SUCKS.

Why did I play him?
Gonna need a 6-3, 6-1 finish out of him.No chance from this mentally challenged piece of crap.

By the way, ESPN coverage blows this year.

Why you hate Roddick so much is beyond me. He's been top 10 year after year after year after year and has won a grand slam title. Maybe he is friends with Dana:shrug:

The guy is solid. Take a look at past 7 years, you'll see guys take huge drops in the rankings, Roddick is consistent. Guy is good.

You may hate him more then Dana:shrug:

Ummmm maybe it is because Roddick has a hot wife:shrug:

And yep....if you live in USA you are pretty much guaranteed shit tennis coverage. Sad really.

But you can be sure to see Serena win 6-1 6-1 when two guys are battling at 6-6 in the fifth set, no we wouldn't want to show that.:gf:

Roddick sucks.
ESPN shows this guy so much and what has he done outside of choke in every tournament, every year.
The guy has won 1 GS event and everyone says he is a serious douchebag.
Having lived in Austin then I can tell you he probably is.
He rarely goes out there and dominates early round matches like a Fed,Nadal,Djokovic, and other top 10 guys.
Hard fought early matches just tire him out like todays pushover match that could go 5 sets the way he is playing.

Let me put Roddick in perspective for you.

I am 1 Grand Slam title away from matching him so where does that rank me.

And for Roddick to have been ranked #1 at one point in his career is down right criminal.

Man...tough room......:scared

I have the utmost respect for anyone that has reached #1 and has won a grand slam. Plus he has stayed in top 10 year after year after year. Mad respect for Roddick. Plus his game has improved, props to Roddick from kickserv.

Profit of 2.07 units for Day 5:cool:

Great win for Fognini.....down 2 sets to love and win in 5 sets against a Frenchman....nice, very nice:clap:

Of course kegray thinks he sucks because Fognini has zero grand slams and has never been in top 10:142smilie
