DSETHI
3 units:
Astros (-120)...Oswalt looked fine on the side tuning up for this start, Astros finally back to full health, Redding hasn't gone more than 6 in a while and Nats bullpen is worn out, Astros day off to get things back on track, Berkman has said as much, regarding these being 'must-wins.'
Tigers (-150)...Perkins is an explosion waiting to happen, played with fire all year and faces a lineup that has been hot for a while now, Twins 'pen even more worn than Nationals.
Brewers -1 (-126)...Parra undefeated at home, pitching very consistently now (can't ignore how much he's grown up since he broke in the bigs this year full time), lineup is sizzling and facing a mediocre Reds lineup vs. lefties, with no stock in their bullpen in a big home series before the break.
2 units:
Cardinals (-105)...Have faded Duke consistently this year and will do so again against a lineup abundant with RH bats that can do damage against him. Lohse has put together a nice first half of the season, especially lately, and Pitt bullpen is thin on the backend.
Angels (+100)...Looking to fade the A's during the summer possibly, game like this where their closer was worked over 2 IP last night, others used during course of game, Garland coming in off best start of the season, hitters starting to find consistency and going against a starter who hasn't proved much except that he's none too capable of going 6+ if necessary.
