I didn't have time to post as the verdict was read in the Yates case, but IMO the jury had no balls period.

That bitch knew WTF she was doing, she waited for her husband to go to work then killed those 5 kids.

If it was a man who did this, his balls would fry w/out any questions asked, but she's a woman, BFD., my wife is more pissed off than I am.

I have 3 kids and 1 on the way and this really bugs me and to let the tax payers keep that piece of shit alive is mind boggling.

I like to here from our MJ'ers from texas for any feeling you might have, I usually love the verdicts that come down in that state, but I don't understand this one, HELP!!!

Well at least you have the death penalty, the liberal shits in MA suck.

While I have no sympathy for Andrea, her husband is equally to blame. He and Andrea were told not to have any more children. He knew it would only exacerbate her condition. He saw her try to commit suicide. He knew she occasionally would sit and stare at nothing for hours. He knew about her medication problems. Yet none of this stopped him from letting her be sole supervisor of his five kids - even though she had previously filled up the bathtub. If he didn't feel that his kids were in danger, he's crazier than she is. Now, he is lining up to sue everybody he can to make his millions. He is so upset that he is finding the time to appear on Larry King, Today, and any and every other tv or radio program that will have him. There is no doubt in my mind that he is as guilty in this mess as she is. And, if you accept the fact that he is a loon, he is even more culpable.

i haven't ever been on a jury for these reasons:

1. i am a white male.
2. i have a college degree and am now pursuing another degree
3. i can understand scientific principles and thus understand such evidence presented including DNA fingerprinting, etc.....
4. i put reason before emotions in decision making

these tend to disqualify me and other people in these categories from being on juries......this is just what our founders intended in laying out the justice system isn't it......

For every single so called experts, be it Psychiatrists, Psychologists, or whoever that determine this woman to be insane, I guarantee you I can find just as many experts that will determine her clinically sane. Unfortunately, it all comes down to how "good" these lawyers are, whether they are the prosecutors or defense lawyers, and which side the Jury will believe. Like I said before, this "insanity" defense is way overused and abused in the court of law.
