Third Round

Third Round

Singh +139 Woods [Pinnacle]

Singh continues to get little respect relative to Woods. Woods should only be favored slightly, and has shown no special third-round skills this season. Head to head, they are 6-6-2 in common third rounds over the last 12 months.

Been looking at Breeders Cup which I am sure will cost me but did find one for 3rd rd.

B Pappas +100 over Perez @ 365 (ties lose)

Don't like to play ties lose in rd selections but this is total mismatch in all catagories. Aside from scor ave which is significant
Pappas has earned over twice the money of Perez in same amount of events and holds 8 shot scor adv on Magnolia course this week. However it has been my experience play that look this good usually find a way to lose--and anything can happen in one rd,but I will role with it.

Fourth Round

Fourth Round

Singh +135 Woods [Pinnacle]

Opened at same odds as yesterday (+139), now down slightly to +135. Same story as third round: Singh not getting enough respect against a beatable Tiger Woods. Neither player has been particularly strong in final rounds. Singh holds a 7-5-2 head-to-head advantage over Woods in final rounds over the last 12 months.

Between Green Bay and Iowa City
Scott Verplank(+450) for 0.80* e.w. (1/4 for 1-2-3) @ Bet365
I saw only 15 minutes of Saturday's coverage, and the Sunday stats and Bermuda record probably suggest otherwise, but I think he keeps pace, or at least I like the odds being offered.

3rd rd 1-0
B Pappas +100 over Perez @ 365 (ties lose) win

4th rd Got a slew of em I like today. Heres a couple.

Huston -105 over Couples @ Pinnacle
Huston 2.5 strokes final rd scor adv as Freddie almost falls dead last (186th)with over 2 stroke descepency over his scor ave.

Estes -120 over Waldorf @ 365 (no ties lose)
Substantial scoring ave diff in final rd biggest factor is putts in GIR'S here which I think factors heavy in this tourney.

Nice cash on Singh Shadetree. Sure am glad not to see Tiger up there challenging today so leaders don't spit the bit.Would like to see Singh add a 1st place check to that money list total.

Ironic that B Pappas was pickem against Kuboya in final rd last week and this week 5 Dimes has him pick em against Lehman.
 Hmmm With that being said Leman 4th rd scor ave not shabby either at 11th:)

Another profitable event on the PGA Tour. Vijay led for most of the tournament and even though he was caught at the end of the third round, he was first out of the blocks on Sunday and never really looked like being caught. Very nice!
