Classic case of the importance of quality coaches in handicapping.

Lubick is awesome. Always calm, great play-calling, great strategy and gets the most out of his players. A lot like Ralph Friedgen.

Groh, meanwhile, is an excellent recruiter but a poor coach and tactician.

Never overlook these types of mismatches.
