The biggest problem is, you are too nice. You actually have to slap the hands of EVERYONE who fucks up. If that includes some of the guys who have been here for 18 years, tough shit.
I told you how I got a three month ban at the Vegas place, and it sucked!
Lay some ground rules down, and stick to them. The place will shape up pretty fast!
If you think a guy should be banned from a thread, ban him completely for a few days.

I am funding my own campaign. I don't owe anything to anyone and they fear that. I have friends on the forum. Good friends. Some of them are not nice. They will clean this place up. Could you please forward any and all confidential side files on forum members to my new corner office. Thanks by the way, it's a nice office. Also, I'll be requiring fresh flowers, Swedish fish, and the occasional calzone from Giordanos to be refreshed weekly. Glad we could come to such mutually beneficial terms so quickly and I look forward to the upcoming challenge.
