Pudge for sure. Look at him now, he looks as if he is in high school. Classic before and after.

Randy Johnson?
Brian Giles?

Where's Brady Anderson and Brett Boone when you need them?

Clemens is almost certain to be named today, along w/ other Yanks...:nono:

According to ESPN.com, Roger Clemens will be named in George Mitchell's report on steroids, which is scheduled to be released Thursday afternoon.
The Bergen Record notes that "several" prominent Yankees will be named in the report, with one source telling the newspaper that "it's going to be a rough day in the Bronx." Brian McNamee, who worked a personal trainer for Clemens and Andy Pettitte, is said to have supplied Mitchell with information.

How pissed must some of these fringe AAA players be, knowing some of these names on the list cost them roster spots in the BIGS!

Wonder if there could be pending leagal action too

Bleed they dont care.....thye are already taking up for all the players and whitewashing the fact that the players not only failed to cooperate but actually impeded the investigation

I am not sure where this list came from but I have confirmed that nowhere in the Mitchell Report do the words "Bagwell" or "Pujols" appear which leads me to question other names listed.

The full 311 page report (plus appendices and copies of cancelled checks) can be downloaded HERE.

I think guys they have evidence against guys like BAgwell, Pujols ,Wood, Prior etc and it leaked but couldnt be used in the report. For examply via BALCO prosecutors Mitchell has the test results of the 7% of players that failed steroid tests....but because of CBA he cant use it.

To me this whole thing is a joke - "in this conversation this person said that that person used steroids" etc. - and only 80 names in that span of time?

Get real - I hope there's one thing we can all agree on, and that is there are a TON of baseball players, repeat, and absolute TON, that breathed a huge sigh of relief today - this was a lot more widespread than this BS investigation leads on

I don't think this was meant to be an inclusive report on the abuse of steroids.

Poon,

I think that the report was meant to be as inclusive a report on the abuse of steroids as was possible - look at how the world hung on to see the list of names, etc. - Sportscenter has been on for @ 10 hours diagnosing the thing

My point is that a list of that many players means absolutely nothing, as it would amount to a very small % of players during that time span - I truly believe that at least half of all players in bases experimented with PE drugs b/c they had to just to keep up with all of the other users

Burns - guess we just view the report differently. I agree with your assessment on how wide spread the abuse was. MLB let that culture/environment fester so much that it was common place.
