So, when Wisconsin counties go Trump 58, Biden 14, it doesnt mean shit. The most populous counties voted Biden.
Maybe we need Electoral Community Colleges for states? That way each county gets one vote. The 950,000 in Milwaukee can then be cancelled by the 4,500 "up nort"!
