i first became familiar with david brooks by watching/ listening to the imus show.
he is pretty witty & a conservative...who came to the defense of his former co-workers.
although i do believe that there are some people in the media who wish the worst for this administration & the military, i don't think that this is the case with the newsweek article.
i always respected isakoff(sp?), the writer who wrote the newsweek article, because he usually takes on both sides of politics...after all he was the first to expose the clinton-lewinsky affair.
i just think that he rushed to get the article out to meet the magazine's deadline, he didn't bother to verify.
