Jord-I agree with that 100%, ball wasn't thrown perfectly, definitely could've been thrown better. But it was catchable. Welker is a "possession receiver" and a damn good one.

all's I'm saying is there is a fickle finger of fate, the same people that would be blowing Brady, if they finish that drive and win the game, now say Goldilocks sucks.

The guy has played in five super Bowls, with some luck he could have won all five, with a little more bad luck he could have lost all five. The three wins against St. Louis Carolina and Philly were all close games also.

They didn't connect, they lost, unbelievable play by Manning and Manningham, people don't realize how difficult that is, 49 yard completion, perfectly thrown perfectly caught, that ball 1 foot in any direction, probably not a completion. Patrick Chung half second earlier, not a completion.

There is probably 20 things that that game hinges on, all games for that matter.

Just is ridiculous hearing people say Brady sucks. Same people were saying Manning sucks, when the year started and he said he was elite quarterback. People still saying he sucked when they were seven and seven. It's a very small margin of error.
That interception was under thrown terribly, the intentional grounding was a terrible decision.
Still would take the guy on my team though.

Anyway more importantly, you like Utah tonight against the floundering New York Knicks? I always check out your stuff keep it up:0074

On the lighter side of things, deadspin's take on Eli still looking dorkish after winning (again) on the biggest stage against Brady and Belichick:

This man just won his second Super Bowl and thoroughly emasculated Tom Brady, a millionaire fashion model who makes babies with Brazil's leading thong horse. He needs to start ACTING like it. He needs to throw those pads down, take his dick out, and rub his balls on Belichick's sweatshorts. You earn the right when you take down the king twice.

Pats deserve all they got last night. Once again, I'll say to all you pass happy fans that if you cannot run the ball you are toast. NE was up 17-15 with ball at midfield at the 4 minute mark and the Giants pissed away 2 TO's. Wouldn't you want to run and eat some clock and move the chains? Nope, pass pass pass. And a pick to boot. Loved it...

all good points, definitely true. Although there is something to never fumbling, Green Ellis is not the horse you would want to put the game away. New England drafted 2 running backs in high rounds this past year also. The kid from UCLA was hurt all year. The other one from LSU, had some moments, but had fumbling problems. Hard to depend on Woodhead to get you those tough yards salting games away also. Definitely true, New England doesn't have that stud running back, hasn't since Corey Dillon.

Heard today that Brady hasn't won a SB since he had a 1000 yd rusher. :0074

Brady does not have one burner at WR...nobody who can stretch the field....which is why Belichick went to the 2 TE sets and did so successfully

until they draft one, NE will be throwing underneath for the forseeable future....do you think Justin Blackmon would make a difference in this offense?

hard to criticize Brady for not going deep when he has nobody to throw to deep...just sayin
