i think this user had numerous payouts in last 31 days if i read threads correctly.
there are other ways also to transfer money at sportsbooks (not just talking about heritige by itself) that can be setup with them personally...don't want to publicly post them but - their live help - will tell rates and restrictions to plan out the best way for a player...
