I agree with Kick, the line will be way off. I am thinking closer to -450 or -500.

What i saw was a slow muscle head who might have been fighting stiffs. Does he know they test for roids?
that 270 is as low as i possible think it could get. I see more of a -350 fight myself.
Is there such a thing as a fast 6'4 265 pounder..?? I think not. Even if he was fighting stiffs... hes only had one fight go past 1 min 45 secs of the first round...
apparently his hands are pretty bad, but his strategy has always been to bull rush in and go for the mount... hes a three-time Div II all american that plays to his strengths much like a Cain Velasquez, Jake O'Brien, Mark Coleman...
I personally dont think theres a chance oddsmakers would have Jon Fitch opposite a -350 line for GSP... they know that could cost them a lot of money..
The line i posted above (-210/+160), i should have clarified, is where I think it should be....... not necessarily where i think it will open.
... my line gives GSP about a 68% chance of winning and Fitch is a 38% chance of winning, which i think is pretty fair... :shrug:
obviously we all have our opinions of each fighter, but my opinion is this will be GSPs toughest fight yet... GSP even said that himself in a recent interview.
Ok, so ive changed my mind... I went back and watched a couple Fitch fights that I hadnt seen b4 and I feel it necessary to adjust my own line...
However, I still think this will be GSPs toughest test to date.
Heres my new line:
GSP -260
Fitch +200
I feel like the sportsbooks will open closer to -270/+205 and gradually move closer to -280/+220 come fight time...

Bodog had -220 yeterday. I think its good line. Fitch will see late action. I cant see this going over -300 and sharps will likley bet Fitch late if it gets too high.

Only type of style that is gonna beat GSP unless he beats himself is someone with good hands. Fitch style is taylor made for GSP. GSP has taken all these college wrestlers and made them look silly. This isn't cut and dry and won't be easy but i have to go GSP here. Somewhere in round three. GSP<----to much speed.
