I did a little more research on this unfortunate incident. It turns out that the young boy had recently had some dental work done and upon returning home from the dentist's office his parents mistook his snaggletoothed appearance for a rabid dog. When police arrived on the scene and seeing he was black and had a pitt bull smile, shot him repeatedly rendering him unrecognizable except for his terrifying smile. Police have yet to release photos of the scene as they say the dental work was too horrific for the public to see.Unfortunately he lived in a house with pitbulls and they ended up tearing his face off. At first I thought it was a shame that they kept animals with genetic predispositions to violence in their house, but then I came to the understanding that it was just poor ownership and had nothing to do with the dogs. When they found the crime scene there was nothing left of the kid but bits and pieces and this pitbull....
