Today is my day cooking. Its Shrimp scampi night. Traditionally on Christmas eve all Italians eat fish.. Since my mother made mussels,, {calimara} squid spaghetti,shrimp etc the only thing after a few generational gaps is scampi
Hope everyone here has a nice holiday and tomorrow a great and safe Christmas day. We bought a new manger set with baby Jesus and his parents Mary and Joe with 3 wise men ,shepherds, donkey,sheep etc I found a Yogi Berra figurine with him kneeling on deck to bat. It was a perfect fit size wise so without my wife knowing I inserted Yogi in the cache and scene. It took 3 days before my wife really noticed it. I took a picture of it and posted it in face book. Got about 100 comments all positive. Will try to post it here. I told my wife Yogi would always make the sign of the cross before he would enter the batters box so this is not sacrilegious. He was a catholic boy and we all know its the only true religion where we can do anything bad,confess our sins and still see St Peter up at the gate. and speaking of Peter. Damn I took him and -7 yesterday and they only won by 6 " Jesus Christ another loss " oops my bad. "se libras nos a malo" deliver us from evil don't forget this boy was an altar boy growing up.
Anyway not re-reading my post for corrections but this was just going to be a short " happy holiday to the Madjackers and it turned into another Box story . Jesus oops
