I still get into arguments about Pete and his "I ONLY BET ON THE REDS" plea. Unless he bet on the Reds 162 times a year. not betting on games the reds were playing was the same as voting against them.

It's not that he lied, he was adamant, condescending and a prick about the denial.....accusing those asking him the question to show him the proof, that they were "in on it", etc, etc, etc.
Guy was a total ass for 18 years until he decided to fess up....with a book, proceeds likely going directly to the chuck hustle bank account.
