Ain't that a kick. Floyd will punish Ricky, period.

Lets all say we love Hatton so we can get an even line. any predictions on this? Ill take Mayweather at 5 to 1 and down. Hopefully all that british money pushes this down. I will wait till 2 minutes before the fight to wager on this one..

i have mixed emotions here....i mean,no doubt that floyd wins comfortably.....

but,it might not be a bad move by hatton...
nobody expects him to win....it`s a huge payday....HIS MONSTER PAYDAY.........

and unless he gets "gatti`d" by floyd,i don`t think it really hurts his legacy all that much....

if he pulls a castillo and gives floyd fits, which i doubt,he comes out smelling like a rose....

i have alot of respect for hatton...he didn`t have to leave cozy manchester....he could have stayed safe like calzaghe has.....

i give hatton mucho credit....he`s hard not to like....

Best to find a limey book. Brits will bet this like crazy; get decent odds on Floyd.

Watch the Urango fight, especially the last 6 rounds....

:00x13

To this point, Hatton's career seems to have been very well timed and managed, however, fighting a still prime Mayweather...that commands respect. I'll give it to him.

I think we're confusing two different issues here, sure Hatton deserves much respect for coming over here and fighting when he didn't have to, and I respect him much more than Calzaghe in that respect.

I believe some including me are critisizing his style of fighting since he got beatdown by Collazo at 147. Since that fight Ricky hasn't been the same and his fights have become unwatchable with his constant Ruiz style holding.

when i said "respect",i was strictly talking from the position that he took a chance with his legacy......a chance he didn`t have to take to come to the states and fight.........

we all know he`s limited.....he`s certainly no welterweight....and his style isn`t fan friendly,imo.....

just saying that he`s willing to take a chance...take some tough fights here in the states after being protected at home....

you can`t say that for calzaghe...

how much of an advantage is it for hatton to fight in manchester?....calzaghe in the isles?...

imo, it`s an incredible advantage...a much stronger advantage than someone in the states fighting at home...

i think someoen on here addressed this issue awhile back...

that`s why i have respect for hatton...and guys like lennox lewis and eusebio pedroza...

At 140 I would give Hatton a serious shot, but he looked really bad at welter.

Anyways, I wasn't impressed at all by Floyd against Oscar either...

This might also be Floyds toughest fight and Hatton is very active....

There is no way this fight will be 5 to 1!

This is at 147. Hatton is going to get outpointed. He is somewhat crude in his approach. I was at the Castillo fight. Mayweather is NOT a shot Castillo. Floyd would beat Ricky if they fought on the moon.

I was saying that i would bet it from that point down. This might be the wierdest fight in history. One guy trying to hold all night against another guy who will be running trying not to get held. I think the line will be somewhere in the 3 to one area. I hope its even that is why i will wait till the end and hope those British boys bet there life savings on Hatton. I think this will be an awful fight to watch.

And yet, a ton of Brits will cross the pond to see it, as will lots of PPV dreamers. This is boxing, a conglomeration of hype, anticipation, perception, and horseshit from Arum and Oscar. PPV will be 54.95, loads of CCTV here in Vegas, and seat prices will be off the charts. I think there is a large contingent that wants to see PBF get KO'd. Not by this guy he's not.

Is this gonna be wrestling and boxing rules or just boxing? If it includes wrestling then i might take Hatton here.:SIB

Maybe Hatton gets a point deducted for holding? This could be a real slop fest. Screw it; we need to figure out a way to make winning wagers out of it, no matter how ugly it may be.

To be honest Frank im looking forward to the Mayorga/Vargas fight before i would even think of watching this one. I don't need a belt to see a fight i think is gonna be good. I was thinking if its gonna be boxing and dancing with the stars rule than i will go with Mayweather. We have to find out who is reffing this one. I don't wanna see some 70 year old ref breaking them apart all night.

I could see Hatton getting "Gatti'd" by Floyd. I really dont see how Hatton will land 1 clean blow on him the whole night. PBF speed is just way to much for this guy. If it was too much for Oscar (who also couldnt land a clean punch) it will be a joke for Hatton. I cant wait till this one though. Ill take my CFB winnings for the first 3 months and unload on Floyd. Ill prolly go to 5 to 1 but Im hoping the Brits bet this thing like crazy

Floyd @-230. I took it for the max payout 250 @5dimes. I'm a little shocked at those odds. Hatton fans are going to keep this somewhat close.
