Thinking of you, Old School. Hope your upcoming doctor visits are positive. Looks like that Marinol is prescription only. Has a shitload of possible side effects; but I guess most drugs do list worst case scenario side effects. I know you step carefully with any stimulants, but have you considered medical marijuana? Maybe that can help restore your appetite at least.
