Dude, there's actually a professional hockey league now - similar to what they have in Russia. Crazy, I know. :scared
mind boggling......I had ice skates when I was a kid, they didn't work because the blades were too thin.....

I was think of taking the Redblacks +6' on Halloween and fading the Alouettes on Sunday. Thoughts?
kickserv would answer that for us if this thread was in the right forum.
The Ottawa NHL team is called the Senators
not sure why
The Ottawa CFL Team was not called the Ottawa House Of Representatives ?
Ok, Game #2 capped.....
Argos at the Alouettes.......I've watched both teams play this year online can't remember a thing about either game.... I've been to both Toronto & Montreal great cities & awesome people.....
was in Toronto when I was 7, don't remember a thing about the city except they put cheese on top of the pepperoni on my pizza, what the fuck
Drove to Montreal 22 years ago, got a BJ on the way there while passing through VT....great trip, excellent food, casino, Cuban Cigars & a underground Shopping Mall.....I do hate the song "Alouette"
now that I think about it I've never been to Toronto it was Quebec City, pizza still suxed.....
that being said Montreal looks like a strong play to me.......unless of course they have a lot of injuries or they just plain suck.....:0008
You got Toronto and Quebec mixed up??!!! Oh shit, that won't go over well with the Frenchies or Anglophones over there. Talk to AR about this - he's very learned when it comes to the that region.
As for football, Trestman used to coach Montreal and he's horrible BUT Joe Theismann used to play for Toronto and he's pretty cool and funny and educates us all about healthy prostates.
Argonauts HAS to be the play. :director:
Both cities have underground Shopping Malls, which will be the first to build a underground Football Stadium......:0corn

Sports, my friend....Quebec City is a magnificent city to visit....It has some of the greatest restaurants that you can eat in....But as a visitor you don't go to this beautiful city for pizza....Btw, don't know if it is still true, at one time the women out numbered the men 4-1....

I'm sure there were/are plenty of women there, but there's no possible way the margin could be 4-1. It's mathematically impossible. Even 2-1 is impossible for a city or town of decent size.
Other than that, terrific analysis. Go for the poutine, not pizza. :0003

I was told that by a few people from Quebec & didn't verify it....
Thanks for your comments,smurph....
It's a statitic worth investigating. ....Maybe it's 4-1 among singles?? That might be possible.
Here's to pizza, poutine, and poontang. :toast:
There were two Rough/Riders. ....Out of 9 friggin teams, 2 had the same name.
Even an American knows Saskatchewan was/is the only true Roughriders. :0074
Roll on Saskatchewan.
Let my heart sing an old river song
As we journey back where I belong
Where the wind comes to say to the river each day
Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
From the wheat fields of my heart
Go find your way to the cool Hudson bay
And Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Oh river go whisper my prayer
Tell Mother and Dad I still care
Leave this tear that I cried on the shore where they lied
And Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
From the wheat fields of my heart
Go find your way to the cool Hudson bay
And Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
From the wheat fields of my heart
Go find your way to the cool Hudson bay
And Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Roll on, Roll on Saskatchewan
Ok, just did my research on game #1 Ottawa +6.5 vs Another CFL Team....As you know I'm more of a totals player so a total is what you get.....The kicker for Ottawa is #48 Zack Ramirez from Portland State, USA....When I think of Portland St. Neil Lomax comes to mind.....So when I think of Neil Lomax, high scoring games comes to mind....So it's obvious you need to take Ottawa over the total whatever it is......:0008
I'll research game #2 and get back to ya soon.......:0008
