Florida State came alive with 6 to go to bring their deficit to two. The Florida State line was -2 so Vegas doesn't think they'll win (line is -1 down 2.)
I have an opened tease with Georgetown against Memphis with Butler +6.
Florida State has momentum however, looking over Butlers second half results in the tournament they have held their ground as has Florida State.
This game doesn't fit the loose criteria.

Looking hard at Ohio State second half. Number is 9' which puts them having to win by 4 with the original line 12.5
