Yes Bush is not a good public speaker. I would guess not even in private.
Buddy, Both. Not saying I would vote for her. I believe our country has not progress enough yet for that or a person of color. It's a shame were not. Have to remember we thought just 100 years ago our woman were not smart enough to vote. And White guys have not always been the smartest. Witness the discussion we have in here.

Hilliary is a smart lady??

Lets see -- despite several lawsuits-numerous allegations ect from several women
--Hilliary in her books stated she was clueless to any infidelity on Bills part.

OK lets get to her credentials--never made squat as an attorney on her own--Rose Law firm was pressured to take her on(by Bill)--then as with her husband who never made squat in civilian life either--came politics --and automatic prosperity.

-- on non political issue saw Bill campaigning for Hilliary a while ago--and he's aged 20 years in the last five--thought it was Jimmy Carter at 1st glance--seriously.

Yeah, and George Bush was a real credentialed, successful dude before he became prez, eh? And of course, he is exactly the kind of intelligent whiz kid that could have made it on his own without family connections, right?

Don't think I'd go down the comparison road about cluelessness when comparing Hillary with anyone currently "in power", but that's just me.

I can certainly see why Hillary would say in her books that she was unaware of the infidelities when positioning herself for future office. Sure is a better alternative than saying - yeah, I knew he was doing it, but it was cool with me...a pretty lame point attempted here, if you ask me.

DTB doesn't like her, so she can't be all that bad. I like the combo with Richardson - it's a winner.

Agree is best combo with chance of winning--
Was my pick a month ago--

You get 90% of black automatically--will get 80% of hispanics-with Richardson--will pick up several womens orgs---if Dems can just succeed on getting felons in--you should have pretty hefty spot every election.

Prez talk

Prez talk

After 8 years of listening to the worst public speaker in the history of civilation, the "shrew" would be a major upgrade.

The last prez that could talk and had something to say was Kennedy...

.Reagan reminded me of a kindly old Uncle that everyone knew was "tetched in the head" but venerated.
Slick Willie was a "used car selling, snake oil salesman" from Arkansas.
Bush 1 was better speaker than Bush 2 (not saying much)

Carter, peanut vender, told the truth, not what we wanted to hear

LBJ had one too many marbles in his mouth...

Nixon...well he was a SOB...if'n he had barbecued those tapes....he'd be the man.

Ford..yawn....

Bush speaking reminds me of Alfred e Neuman from Mad Magazine..he has that bewildered deer in the headlite "what me worry look"

I look forward to his speeches, especially when he tries to be funny or ingraitiating to someone...

I figure they will make a Quadruple Dvd of Bushism's and presidential gaffaws when this fine thespian is thankfully put to pasture....

Vote for a change, the person the machine does not want in power , Ron Paul

RON PAUL,.... please lord....give an educated outsider with a plan, a shot...we do not need the same lame politicians with the same status quo
thought process...

Never saw a guy i was more in tune with since Ralph Nadar. Just read all his platforms and only one abortion i don't agree with and he can have that petty shit. Plus the fact he help give birth to over 4000 kids i guess he can have it. Love his thinking on these rotten trade deals we keep screwing our very own people with.

I doubt Rudy would/will carry New York or New Jersey.

Pennsylvania, maybe.

We already see people/groups (NY fireman association or whatever it's called) starting to peel away this 9/11-Rudy-hero veneer.

Not just that, but the president of that fireman association said he will aggressively back whoever runs against Rudy in the primary and the general election, if it comes to that.

Besides all that, he was polling as the worst NYC mayor ever, as of 9/10/01.

And on top of everything else, NY is such a democratic state that I don't think any of the above even matters.

I don't think he can carry NY or NJ on just his supposed 9/11 'heroism', whatever the f*ck that even means in this case.

This is shaping up to be a very interesting race ahead. So many presumed negatives to being elected with seemingly all of the main candidates...at least if the past has anything to do with it. A woman and a black man leading the way for dems, the leading republicans have plenty of blemishes and seem to act more like dems on many issues, all seem to have some unlikeable traits for many possible voters.

This one should get very ugly, and very interesting, moving forward.

Liberman is pushing to invade Iran at this point. You really think that's what the american people want to hear? Joe's lost it. He thinks he's the senator from Israel instead of connecticut. He's got no chance of being considered by any candidate.

But the more important question is: what frock will Rudy wear to the debates? Will he go with the Shirley Temple look or bold and beautiful with the blond wig and pumps.

really doesn't want to put out a statement about Obstruction of Justice and Perjury, that's right, the Liberal media won't call her out and she certainly wouldn't go on a real News outlet like FOX NEWS. JMO.

FOX NEWS for Fair and Balanced reporting.

Well said, Skulnik. True journalism is lacking today. Fortunately, FOX NEWS is out there; the only network that is interested in saving us from a return of Bill Clinton to the scene of the crime.
