Yes no Dunn and Tampa is still -3!!!!Yes it is hard for G.Bay to win 4 in a row..AsI stated for A very good reason_Vegas knows how to set N.F.L. numbers,plain and simple and they do NOT make mistakes(as it is their business to set the correct numbers)..All I'm saying as MANY said PITT. was a 'false fav.' Tampa should be chalk and I just LOVE them as they will be my key (as New England was) in most of my action on Sunday..
I wish everyone good luck but Tampa is in a LOVE spot for me (as well as others).As I said when I 'keyed N.England' in 6 of my 8 Parlays,I will admit if I am wrong ,but I REALLY do not think so..Luck and health to all..Spanky....

Just made my play at Betmaker.com ,one of Jack's Tee Shirt promo companies and Tampa is -3 even(no juice).So I am in with BOTH HANDS.Win or lose, I think it is the correct play.I expect a few turnovers to go our way and cash some tickets.Love it ,hate it, hell, if it goes South ( it won't) blame it on Spanky.

I'm not sure I follow your statement "Vegas does not make mistakes".

Was Indy being a 13.5 point favorite not a mistake since we now know the result?

Was Jax being a 9 point favorite not a mistake?

Was Denver being a 4.5 point favorite not a mistake?

and on and on we could go.

Not trying to give you a hard time, but retrospect is always 20-20. We all feel, from time to time, that one team or another is favored mistakenly or else is just in the right spot at the right time. Some we win and some we lose.

As for the Green Bay versus Tampa Bay match up wouldn't you expect the 'bucs to be a favorite with all the hype they've gotten for the past 2-3 years?

So the Pack hasn't played anybody...well, they've played those put in front of them and have totally dominated on both sides of the ball. You can't ask for any more than that.

Can we say the same for the 'bucs? I say a resounding NO. Who have they faced? The might Cowgirls and a dismal (to this point) Viking squad (from whom they stole a loss).

Tampa Bay might well win on Sunday but my greenbacks will be on the better team at this point in time.

Green Bay straight up plus the points!

Biggest Pack Fan in the world here, Green Bay has the number 1 defence in the league right now. REMEMBER THAT!
The only problem Favre has is figuring out which guy to throw the ball to.
Ahman Green is a stud (wonderful surprise), Levens gives them a solid #2, Bubba is getting better with every game, the defence with Gilbert brown returning is better than everyone thinks. Sharper will pick off Johnson at least once

Favre has a new contract, no injuries and looks like a kid again.

On the other side of the ball, TB figured Brad Johnson was their savior, the guy stinks, has had one good year ever, it is a matter of time before he goes down with an injury as always, they are missing Dunn, Alstott is rusty, Keyshawn Fag Johnson is doing squat as usual, and their defence is barely in the top ten in the league.

Tampa bay, could barely beat dallas a team that got smoked by the other two teams they have played, and lost to a Minny team that was stinking up the joint until they got the gift of Tampa coming to town.

Now you get Green Bay +points against them?
They could play this game on MARS and the PACKERS WOULD WIN.
93-13 score of packers first three games, I COULD CARE LESS THAT THE THREE TEAMS ARE WEAK THEY PLAYED, Carolina beat minny in minny, they are not that bad, and
93-13 is 93-13! THEY MADE THEM ALL LOOK SILLY, not just beat them all.

I too am a big packer fan...but this will be one of their losses. I bet them before the season started at 15-1 to win the nfc. they will win at least 10 games this year, but probably not this game.

I have a few different things that I looked at about this game, and the biggest standout was the fact that Tampa was only able to score 10 points on an AWFUL Dallas defense, and only 16 on an improved, but below average Minny defense.(and those were with Dunn). The Packers "D" should be able to control this offense especially without Dunn. Alstott has only 19 yards on 9 carries this year.
In my opinion, Tampa can not score enough points to keep up with the potent GB offense.
With this, I am Taking the points, and the better team. GB 3 units.

(I read this while capping the game and found it to be an interesting trend)
