Well, I live in Guadalajara, Mexico. About 165 miles east of Puerto Vallarta. It's got a near perfect climate at about 76? average. No humidity. The altitude is a mile high. There is no need for heaters or air conditioners. I go to PV but prefer Matzalan.
I've been downhere for almost seven years and I love it here. I married a little chiquita 3 years ago. Ah... what a life.
The downside is the language and getting fat from laziness and too many Coronas, but it sure beats living in the states.
I've been down to Costa Rica and I like it there as well. There are many americans living in Mexico and Costa Rica.
I have my pirate Direct TV and my computer to play with. I rent a rowhouse, nothing special,2 bedroom with a den and 2 baths for $350 a month. Homes in a real nice area go for $800-$1200 month.
I love it here.
:drinky: :Yep:  dance2 :walk: kurby :weed: :grins: :toast:
