When I posted that I thought they were just going to run the ball and milk the clock. I didn't realize he had called a timeout. The throws into the endzone, in coverage (especially the first one), were just stupid. They caught a major break on that last one.

Huge break indeed

I wouldn't take USC in the second half... Oregon ST. is dominating them at the line of scrimmage. That USC defense will gas quickly in the second half but hopefully for you guy taking SC I am wrong

That's a little surprising, but not too much. I think people might be taking them in the 2h based on the fact that they looked so good in the 1h. I doubt that they can keep it up, but I've been wrong before.

SC looks just hopeless today. THEY HAVENT EVEN ****ING SCORED YET! oh my god, how could you back a team -14 for a 2nd half when they didnt even score a point, or have a field goal attempt in the first half?

Because I know Oregon St. and I know USC. Oregon State looked great in the 1h, but that doesn't mean that they are going to look the same way in the 2h. I have to believe at some point SC comes back. Yes they looked like crap in the 1h, but they're still much better than OSU.

I give OSU credit, they were definitely ready for this game and they've look good so far, but I'm not at all convinced that they win this game outright, let alone by 7.

But its not even like SC is driving into the red zone and stalling. They simply are struggling to even get first downs. and OSU shoulda even sacked Dirty Sanchez on his one long pass play.

In Corvallis? I just don't see this SC team making that big of a turnaround in the 2nd half. Not to mention, the Beavers start with the ball.

-14 is a VERY tall order the way this game is going

Here is what will happen in the second half

Oregon St will come out to protect their lead instead of doing what they did in the first half.

They may play sloppy and turn the ball over.

USC gets a cheap TD.

Oregon St panics and trys to run it up the middle , 3 and out .

USC drives down the field for TD #2

Oregon St throws a interception.

USC runs it back for a TD .

USC goes for 2 point conversion and wins 22-21

Seen it too many times before.

There were 2 ridiculous horse collar calls on SC. And to make it fair both teams has questionnable 1st down call, especially the 1st down for SC. Sc is getting dominated but do you really think those calls for penalties were legit even though they may not have had an impact?

I think SC's only chance is to hold the Beavs to 3 or 7 and win in OT. But that would require both sides of the ball to show up in the 2nd half.

Completely agree. I think it's only a matter of time before Oregon St. starts playing on their heels. They will start playing scared once SC hits them in the mouth.
