Use all lower case, user and password. If you are trying from your phone or tablet use google chrome.

You need to clear your cookies because you're going to the old site. I know that because you called the wrong number.
If you're using a phone make sure the first letter isn't a capital letter.

They use the same software. Right now you are seeing the default profiles. They will get the old profiles up in time.
