You need to clear your cookies because you're going to the old site. I know that because you called the wrong number.
If you're using a phone make sure the first letter isn't a capital letter.

I've tried deleting my cookies and browsing history. I tried logging-in in on Google Chrome, I even tried another computer, all without success. But I finally got in touch with customer service at 6:35 est and they said they are not fully up and running yet. Some people still can't log on, some can....they will be up and running soon. That is what I was told.
the way i did it the very 1st time is
i hit the login on on home page after entering account# and password,
a box comes up saying invalid user, etc.
hit ok
then on that page enter lowercase account# and password
and it lets me in.
sounds silly but it worked.

They use the same software. Right now you are seeing the default profiles. They will get the old profiles up in time.
I just found out that my password was too long and they had to shorten it, but forgot to tell me.
That's the reason I couldn't log in. So if you can't log-in, maybe this is the reason why. I hope this helps someone.
