Guess I am missing the point of banning boys 1 and allowing boys 2, but then again I am just a simpleton from a small town :0061

No, I take the blame.
I usually give a senior member the benefit of doubt and usually way too many chances. I hate banning anybody.
The Boys is intentionally trying to hurt my business after many requests from me to cut the bullshit. Yet I let him continue. I must be a fucking moran.
If The Boys wasn't here, who becomes the punching bag?
I'm about sick of it all. Seriously.

This is where I think you are wrong. The Boys acts like a dick much of the time, so he is a punching bag for a reason. Blaming those reacting to him is off base imo.
The answer to your question is no. Not everyone is from a small town.
As for me, I was the first in my family born in the US. I was born in Brooklyn and raised since age 5 in New Orleans. Only time I have lived away from NOLA since is my 5 years up the river in Baton Rouge for college, 2 months in Innsbruck, Austria, when I was 21 and 6 months in Pensacola in my late 20s. New Orleans has a small town feel in many ways, but the city and main suburbs exceed 1 mill population.
I have nothing against you and I certainly do not mean to pile on you, but your constant belittling of others makes you seem small and insecure. I know I have told you this before, but I will try again. Not sure if it's schtick or if you are just an asshole, but your online persona sucks. If it's schtick, let me honestly tell you it isn't remotely funny or amusing. For your sake, I hope it's not the way you carry yourself in the real world, but if it is, then it would most certainly explain a lot. Personally, I avoid folks I don't like. Hell, I've even ceased contact with an MJs "internet" friend when I became tired of the negative energy. My question to you is simple. If you don't like the posters here, or feel they are beneath you, then why stick around acting like an attention-starved adolescent?
