Minny does this every year.
Dominant at home and can't buy a win on the road.
No different this year.
Penn St. is nothing special, but they will be able to handle Minny on the road.
I am taking Penn St. plus the points.
If Minny does end up covering, it will be a very close game, that comes down to the wire.
