to me, this game is the most intriguing game on the board today. conference usa leader jax state, winners of their last 8 games, is at conference cellar dweller sam houston state, losers of their last 7. Most interesting is the fact that last year, the conference standing of these two teams was reversed, with sh state on top and jax st on the bottom. line opened @ jax st -1- and has now flipped to sam houston -1-. the total of 142- is is way under that of the the bb ratings services, which range from 148 to 154. can anyone unravel this knot?

i bet shst on the moneyline @ -120 a couple of hours ago and see now the line is -2 but the money line has moved to -135.

the line is saying SHSt (cellar-dweller) is gonna beat the 1st place team Jacksonville St - which doesn't make a lot of sense on the cover of it.
maybe there's injuries, etc?
I'd be tempted to let the line climb all day and take Jacksonville St +pts, maybe even buy 1 or 2.. and shoot for the "middle"

actually going to go with sam houston st again this afternoon. kennesaw off a big win at la tech but not really that good a road team this year. owls only use a 7 man rotation with 4 starters logging 30+ minutes against la tech, while sam houston uses 9 man rotation, with none logging 30 minutes or more thursday evening. 5 hour bus ride from ruston, la to huntsville tex only adds to the load. lets hope the kats are hitting form and no letdown.
